‘Circle’ is the stand-alone restaurant. The menu is filled with traditional Khmer dishes, cooked and served in modern fashion. Only the freshest local ingredients are used, that are found in local markets. The main attractions are the set menus, one consisting of 5-courses and the other of 7-courses. Each dish is meticulously prepared and overflows with tones of Khmer flavors. The menus can be enjoyed with wine specifically paired to compliment each dish perfectly.

The restaurant is open all day and has a prodigious breakfast buffet full of fresh dishes, cooked with Khmer flair. Guests can also take part in a private or group cooking class with some of the best Khmer chefs. One of the chefs takes guests to the traditional market, Phase Leu, where they will choose the fresh produce and step into an authentic Khmer dining experience.



‘Ember’ is the second more intimate restaurant located at the hotel, that’s open for lunch and dinner. The menu offers a variety of European dishes, homemade bread and woodfire oven pizzas, all made with fresh and inspired flavor combinations.

Evenings can be spent in the Martini Bar upstairs, with bold, wooden designs and is completely open air. The space is filled with vibrant artwork and elegant lighting. The biggest attraction lies on the pages of the menu. With 25 signature vodka and gin martinis, made with fresh and daring ingredients, in addition to a wildly adventurous cocktail menu, there is no limit to what delights the evening will bring. If cocktails are not your poison of choice, the bar also offers a great variety of whiskey, gin, liquor, tequila, wine, sombai, sake and beer. The atmosphere is sophisticated and relaxed, with comfortable and spacious seating arrangements that guests can unwind in while enjoying the tantalizing tapas menu.

Kongkea Spa offers guests the space to soften and unfurl during one of the many treatments on the menu. There are options for couples as well as singles, and the therapists provide unique treatments blending Asian healing techniques with age-old beauty recipes featuring the curative benefits of fresh, natural, and quality ingredients. All products are all natural, cruelty-free and vegan. The setting of calming orange lighting and cream walls allow a soothing ambient setting for ultimate tranquillity.


One of the main attractions at the hotel is the extensive pool that stretches along the lush green trees, surrounded by sun loungers and comfortable deckchairs.
